Happy Star Wars Day to all the creators, tech-heads, and visual storytellers in the galaxy! Whether you\u2019re a professional camera operator or just a fan of “The Force,” today is more than just a pun\u2014it\u2019s a reminder that every great journey starts with “A New Hope.” For us in the filmmaking world, that hope is found in the next wave of authentic, human-centered stories. To my fellow cinematographers and editors: remember that your gear (whether it’s a high-end cinema rig or a 3D-printed custom rig) is just your lightsaber. The true power comes from the story you tell and the connection you make with your audience. So, as you head out into the “wretched hives of scum and villainy” to get that perfect shot, keep your mind on the horizon. May the Fourth (and the Force) be with you all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
