We also believe in creating a world where everyone feels valued, respected, and included. That\u2019s why we\u2019re taking a stand against discrimination in all its forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sadly, discrimination continues to be a pervasive issue in our society. It manifests in various ways, based on factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and age. Whether it\u2019s subtle microaggressions or overt acts of prejudice, discrimination has no place in a just and equitable world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recently, our own team at JMA Films experienced an instance of discrimination.<\/em> While we won&#8217;t delve into the specifics, this experience served as a stark reminder of the ongoing need to challenge prejudice and promote inclusivity. It reinforced our commitment to creating a workplace and a community where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe that silence in the face of injustice is complicity. As Martin Luther King Jr. eloquently stated, \u201cOur lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.\u201d We refuse to be silent. We believe it&#8217;s crucial to speak out against discrimination whenever and wherever we encounter it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no excuse for discrimination. It\u2019s not simply a matter of differing opinions; it\u2019s about denying people their fundamental human rights and dignity.
